Leon Britton Photography do not keep and/or record any personal or individual email address used to contact our agency for its own marketing purposes.
Business clients that use our paid services maybe added to our marketing database where the business will have the option to unsubscribe from any email list.
Anyone subscribing to or added to our email database is hereby informed that these email addresses are stored on our Mailchimp account and in effect are shared with Mailchimp under their privacy policy whereby the information can only be used by Leon Britton Photography.

payment processor (stripe.com) who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. The only information we receive from the third party are notifications that a transaction has taken place, with the name of the payee, the date and the amount of the transaction.

We will hold your personal information on my systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us. Any information you provide will be used to:
