Transparent Pricing: Our location headshot solutions cover locations within 25 miles of Liverpool and include up to 50 professionally retouched images. Upgrades are available. Additional Mileage charged at 60p

Easy Selection Process: After capturing various shots for each team member, you’ll receive access to a private gallery. From there, select your favourites and we’ll perfect them for you.

Efficient Delivery: Edited images are securely sent digitally in a variety of formats.

Straightforward Invoicing: A £150 non-refundable booking fee confirms your date. The balance is settled on the day of the shoot. Extra images chosen are billed afterward; with all images released upon final invoice payment. Invoices can be paid by BACS or online secure credit card payment via stripe.

Future Additions: New team members? Save time and money by sending them to our studio. We keep your setup details to ensure brand consistency.

When your team evolves, be it through growth or other changes, we offer two convenient solutions to ensure consistency in your professional imagery.

Firstly, you can book another onsite headshot session where we bring our mobile studio directly to your workplace, capturing the essence of your new team members in a familiar environment.

Alternatively, if you prefer minimal disruption at your workplace or if the team changes involve only a few members, you have the option to send the new additions to our studio. Whether they come alone or in a small group, we’ll utilize the settings we already have on file from your previous sessions. This ensures uniformity in the headshots, all while providing a seamless experience for your evolving team

When you book in a headshot session for your team, we lock in your pricing which means that if you need to book an additional session on location within 12 months you can can plan ahead with no surprises or hidden costs. Follow up sessions have a minimum cost of £500 and includes images at your established rate.

For example: Your team have booked the Executive Elite package which includes 50 images and these work out at £40ea. Your follow up session would be £40 per image with a minimum commitment of £500 (12+ images) plus any additional travel costs.
