Ormskirk Parish Church
One of only three English churches with both a tower and spire.
Our Lady & St John, Ashley
A welcoming Catholic church near the Staffordshire/Shropshire border.
The Park Hotel, Netherton
A Tudor-style hotel venue I know especially well — my own daughter got married here.
Prescot Registry Office
Knowsley’s registry office on Prescot’s historic High Street, around 8 miles from Liverpool.
Runcorn Town Hall
A Grade II listed civic building modelled on an Italian villa.
Ruthin Castle
A 13th-century castle hotel in the Clwydian Range, North Wales.
St Andrew's, Maghull
A Victorian church close to the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.
St Bridget's, Wavertree
A Grade II* listed Italianate basilica in Liverpool.
St Chad's, Kirkby
A historic Kirkby church, and where I got married myself in 2003.
St George’s Hall
Liverpool’s Grade I listed neoclassical landmark, opposite Lime Street Station.
St Mary's, Knowsley Village
A Victorian village church built for the 13th Earl of Derby in 1841–44.
Knowsley Hall
The Earl of Derby's ancestral estate, set within 2,500 acres of private Merseyside parkland.
Liverpool Town Hall
A Georgian civic landmark in the heart of the city, with gilded ballrooms and sweeping staircases.
The Lake House, Waterloo
A lakeside venue on Crosby Marine Lake, recognised among the UK's best wedding venues.
Meols Hall Tithe Barn
A 400-year-old timber barn set within the 100-acre Meols Hall estate in Southport.
Mercure St Helens
A St Helens town centre hotel with two flexible function suites for larger weddings.
Isla Gladstone Conservatory
A restored Victorian glasshouse in Stanley Park, surrounded by rose gardens and lakes.
Palm House, Sefton Park
A Grade II* listed Victorian glasshouse at the heart of Sefton Park, open since 1896.
SCALE, Liverpool
A converted city centre warehouse with an open floor plan and industrial character.
Hope Street Hotel
A boutique Georgian Quarter hotel between the two cathedrals, for weddings and events alike.
Titanic Hotel & Rum Warehouse
A converted Victorian rum warehouse on Stanley Dock — also licensed for weddings, seating up to 500 guests.
Royal Liver Building
One of Liverpool's iconic 'Three Graces' — the Royal Liver Suite is also licensed for wedding ceremonies.
