AN EDWARDIAN CHESHIRE ESTATE

300 Acres of Private Cheshire Countryside

Colshaw Hall was built in 1903 by industrialist Sir George Murray and remains one of Cheshire’s most striking Edwardian stately homes. The Irlam family bought the estate in 2012 and transformed it into the luxury wedding venue it is today, set within 300 acres of private countryside near Over Peover.

Ceremonies can be held in The Stables, which is licensed for civil marriages, with the light-filled Peover Room — floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the grounds — used for the wedding breakfast and reception. The Bridal Lodge and seven bedrooms in the Hall itself offer accommodation on the estate.
