Site Visit: Before the shoot, we'll scout your location for space and backdrop suitability if required.

Transparent Pricing: Our location headshot solutions cover locations within 25 miles of Liverpool and include up to 100 professionally retouched images. We are available to cover other locations across the UK beyond the North-West, and this can be quoted upon request. Additional Mileage charged at 60p

Easy Selection Process: After capturing various shots for each team member, you'll receive access to a private gallery. From there, select your favourites and we'll perfect them for you.

Efficient Delivery: Edited images are securely sent digitally in a variety of formats. This includes resizes for print, online and social media. It also includes square crops which are ideal for LinkedIn, Outlook, Zoom, Skype, Teams etc.

Straightforward Invoicing: A £150 non-refundable booking fee confirms your date. The balance is settled on the day of the shoot. Extra images chosen are billed afterward; with all images released upon final invoice payment. Invoices can be paid by BACS or online secure credit card payment via stripe.

Future Additions: New team members? Save time and money by sending them to our studio. We keep your setup details to ensure brand consistency.

Image Formats: Images are provided in a variety of file sizes. This is done so that you have everything you need from the initial download. We provide both colour and mono versions. In addition to this we also provide square crops which are ideal for linkedin, teams, skype, outlook and much more.

What are the benefits to your business?

Getting a whole team to a studio one at a time eats up hours nobody has spare. Bringing the studio to your workplace solves that. Here's what on-location sessions actually give you:

The short version: same quality as a studio shoot, without pulling your team out of the office for half a day.

What happens as your team grows or changes?

Teams change. When yours does, there are two straightforward ways to keep everyone's headshot consistent.

First option: book another on-site session. I bring the mobile studio back to your workplace and photograph the new starters in the same familiar setting as everyone else.

Second option: if it's only a few new faces, send them to my studio instead. I'll use the same backdrop and lighting setup already on file from your original session, so the new headshots match the existing ones without you needing to arrange a full team session again.

When you book a team session, your pricing is locked in for 12 months. That means if you need a follow-up session for new starters within that window, there are no surprises. Follow-up sessions have a minimum cost of £500 and use your original per-image rate.

For example: if your team booked the Enterprise package (50 images at £40 each), a follow-up session is charged at the same £40 per image, with a minimum commitment of £500 (13+ images) plus any additional travel costs. That rate holds for 12 months from your original shoot date.

Studio sessions can work out more cost-effective for smaller numbers, while still matching your existing team's images.

Between a photography and digital imaging background and a run of business photography awards, I've had a lot of practice getting past the stiff "corporate photo face." The goal is a shot that still looks like the person their colleagues and clients recognise, not a stranger in a suit.

On-location shoots mean your team gets photographed where they already are, without carving out half a day for travel. Familiar surroundings also just make people photograph better — less stiff, more like themselves.

Competitive pricing aside, the point of a headshot is that it gets used — on LinkedIn, your website, a staff page. I shoot and edit with that in mind, so the images hold up at whatever size and format you need them.

4. Most people aren't used to being photographed, and that's fine

Over 90% of the people I photograph aren't models and have rarely, if ever, sat for a professional shot. Feeling a bit awkward about it is completely normal, and part of my job is getting people past that quickly so the photo looks like them at ease, not braced for the camera.

5. If you're not happy, we fix it

If you're not satisfied with the location headshots from your session, I'll arrange a complimentary reshoot. The goal is a set of business portraits your team is actually glad to use.
