How important are good publicity images?
As an entertainer or public figure you are quite possibly already skilled in the mastery of your craft.
You may be adept at managing an audience and even possibly bending them to your will as part of your engagement, but the first hurdle is getting the gig in the first place.
Word of mouth is great, as are testimonials, but a good, up to date image helps most of all. It helps to create a sense of personality that reaches out to the viewer.
How many times have you been to see someone perform live only to find they look significantly older or have possibly had a dramatic change to their diet since the image was taken. Sometimes the images are that filtered and edited they bare no resemblance to the person at all.
