I'm Leon Britton, and every summer and winter I get to photograph graduates from the University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores University, and Liverpool Hope University. It's one of the best days of their lives, and a brilliant one to shoot — the relief, the pride, the parents trying not to cry.

We'll shoot around the city — Pier Head, the Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals, Hope Street, or wherever means the most to you — built around what you actually want, not a rushed conveyor-belt version of it.

This works whether you're marking the day itself, or coming back another time once the crowds and campus queues have died down.

It’s £199 for up to 90 minutes on location — every keeper from the session, retouched and delivered, with no cap on numbers. If you’re pooling together with coursemates, extra people can be added for £50 each — see below.
A £50 non-refundable booking fee secures your date — that’s one fee per session, however many people join, deducted from your final cost. It’s non-refundable because it holds your slot and turns away other enquiries for that time, but it always comes off what you owe. The remaining balance, including any add-ons like extra people or extended coverage, is due via a single online payment link on the day of your shoot, and your images are sent within 3–5 days of that balance payment being confirmed.
Yes — the session is built for it, with time for individual shots plus your family (parents, siblings, partner) at no extra charge. If you’re bringing a larger group, just let me know when you enquire and we’ll sort a bespoke option.
Yes — if you’re graduating alongside housemates or coursemates, you can add them to your session for £50 per extra person. That adds 15 minutes each, and everyone’s images are delivered together via one secure WeTransfer link, live for 60 days.

Not at all. I can meet you before or after your ceremony, or on a completely different day if you’d rather avoid the crowds — as long as you’ve still got your gown.
British weather isn’t exactly reliable. If it looks unworkable, I’ll either find sheltered spots nearby or offer one free reschedule to the next available date, subject to availability — your £50 booking fee carries straight over, no need to pay it again. If we’re rained off partway through, the same applies to whatever time we haven’t shot yet, and your balance is simply due on the day the session actually happens, whenever that ends up being. In the rare case we can’t find a date that works for us both, the booking fee remains non-refundable, but you’re never charged anything further.
Graduation season gets busy fast, so it’s worth enquiring early. If I can’t cover your date, I’ll happily point you toward another local, reputable photographer I trust — I’d rather you got great photos from someone else than none at all.
