I want to tell you something I’ve noticed after six years of reading the reviews clients leave me on Google.

The words change. The names change. The type of session changes — headshots, weddings, corporate shoots, actor portfolios. But the story is almost always the same.

Nervous going in. Quickly put at ease. Delighted with what came out.

That pattern isn’t an accident, and it isn’t something I planned. It’s something I noticed after a few hundred sessions and started paying attention to. Because if the single most consistent thing clients say about working with me is that they arrived nervous and left pleased — not just with the photos, but with the whole experience — then that’s not really about photography. I get it. Most people who book a headshot session aren’t comfortable in front of a camera.
