Corporate Photography Rates

From executive portraits to dynamic workplace storytelling, each commission receives our full creative attention and technical precision. Our Liverpool studio (L20 8HN) serves as a base for UK-wide assignments, and we’re proud to work seamlessly with agencies, SMEs, and national brands alike.
Below, you’ll find our standard rate structure and terms. For bespoke briefs, specialist equipment, or expanded teams, we’re pleased to provide a tailored proposal that reflects your project’s scale and ambition.

All sessions include professional-grade photography and basic image editing. For advanced retouching, licensing, or multi-location shoots, please request a custom quote.
Travel & Logistics
- Travel charged at 60p per mile beyond a 25-mile radius of L20 8HN
- Travel time included up to 30 minutes each way
- Parking expenses may apply depending on location
Booking & Availability
- £150 booking fee may be required to secure your date (deducted from final balance)
- Studio appointments by arrangement
- Studio availability can be checked online via the booking page on the website.
- On-location shoots available UK-wide and beyond.

Specialist Requirements
For assignments requiring specialist equipment, additional photographers or assistants, complex lighting setups, or multi-day coverage, please contact us for a bespoke quote tailored to your creative and logistical needs.
Image Licensing & Copyright
All commissioned photography is licensed for usage upon clearance of final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This ensures that usage rights are granted only once the project is complete and fully settled.
Copyright remains with the photographer. Leon Britton Photography retains ownership of all images created, while granting clients the agreed usage rights for their intended purpose.
Licensing terms may vary depending on the scope of use — including duration, territory, and media type — and can be tailored to suit bespoke commercial needs. Extended or exclusive usage rights are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Our booking fee is deducted from your final session total. We understand that schedules can shift, and we’re happy to offer one complimentary reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
If you anticipate potential changes for larger or multi-day bookings, please let us know in advance — we’re happy to discuss custom cancellation terms where appropriate.
