From executive portraits to dynamic workplace storytelling, each commission receives our full creative attention and technical precision. Our Liverpool studio (L20 8HN) serves as a base for UK-wide assignments, and we’re proud to work seamlessly with agencies, SMEs, and national brands alike.

Below, you’ll find our standard rate structure and terms. For bespoke briefs, specialist equipment, or expanded teams, we’re pleased to provide a tailored proposal that reflects your project’s scale and ambition.

Core Service Rates

All sessions include professional-grade photography and essential port production. For advanced retouching, licensing, or multi-location shoots, please request a custom quote.

Travel & Logistics

• Mileage charged at 60p per mile after the first 25-miles from L20 8HN
• Travel time included up to 30 minutes each way
• Parking expenses may apply depending on location

Securing Your Session

• A £150 non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your date (deducted from final balance)
• For clients with internal approval processes (e.g. agencies or PLCs), we are happy to provide quotes, invoices, and staged delivery terms — please request this in advance.
• Invoice payment is required prior to release of final images unless we have agreed to prior in writing. Invoicing terms and requests must be agreed in advance.
• Late payments may be subject to interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
• Studio appointments by arrangement
• Studio availability can be checked online via the booking page on the website.
• On-location shoots available UK-wide and beyond.
